The Wrong Man

Marianne Carter has life well in hand. She has a good job she enjoys, a small apartment in a great neighborhood close to work, a good friend, Colleen (who lives in the apartment upstairs) and a fiancé who’s a good catch. A great catch, actually: Michael Buckley is about to make partner in the prestigious Century City law firm where Colleen works. Why then, when Marianne meets Charlie Lewis after running smack into his dog, Queenie, in the park, does Marianne feel as if her world has been upended? 

Michael offers her a good life and promises her the family she wants. But is this proposed marriage the only way to fulfill her dreams? Charlie, on the other hand, awakens something Marianne thought she had lost when her first love died: passion.
